Vaishno Devi is a temple town that’s home to the famous Vaishno Devi Mandir. Located in Trikuta hills, 13 kms from Katra (in the union territory of Jammu and Kashmir); this renowned shrine allures millions of devotees from all over the world. Popularly known as Mata Rani, Vaishnavi and Trikuta, Vaishno Devi is a manifestation of the Hindu Goddess Durga. It is believed that during the pooja and aarti, Goddesses arrive at the Holy cave to pay their respect to Mata Rani. Devotees believe the goddess herself calls the devotees to reach here.
Vaishno Devi is said to be Moonh Maangi Muradein Poori Karne Wali Mata (the mother who fulfils the wishes of her children). The darshan of Maa Vaishno Devi in the holy cave is in the form of three naturally formed rocks which are known as pindies. These pindies manifest the three forms of the goddess as Maha Kali, Maha Saraswati and Maha Lakshmi. More than one crore devotees visit the Vaishno Devi temple each year.

ARRIVAL AT JAMMU AIRPORT
You will be met by our representative at the Jammu airport. He will assist and transfer you to the Hotel at Anurag . Later proceed to Vaishnodevi Shrine (Approx. 13 km Trek ) One can trek up to the Shrine if fitness permits, otherwise Pony or Palanquins are also available at an extra cost. Arrive at Vaishnodevi Bhawan. Wash and change before Mata Darshan. After Mata Vaishnodevi Darshan, proceed for Bhaironji Darshan (Optional). Dinner and overnight at hotel in Katra.
KATRA-PAHALGAM
After breakfast , you will leave for Pahalgam (91.4 kms away from Srinagar).On the way,you will see the Saffron fields and saffron markets, Awantipuram ruins ,Apple Orchards ,and River lidder. Pahalgam itself is a wide area and about 10 to 15 kms away from Pahalgam there are some additional trips like Baisaran,Kanimarg and Dabayan where you can visit via horse riding and also Aru Valley ,Betaab Valley, Chandanwari where you can visit via local cab. Dinner and overnight in hotel in Pahalgam .
PAHALGAM

Today proceed to Sightseeing Tour to world famous mughal gardens including: Shalimar, Nishat, Tulip gardens,(Asia’s biggest tulip garden) botanical gardens, Chesmashahi, Parimahal & Famous Hazratbal. SRINAGAR-SONAMARG- SRINAGAR
After breakfast, you will leave for Sonamarg (about 79 kms away from Srinagar). Sonamarg is known as “the Gateway of Ladakh”. From about 10 to 12 kms away from Sonamarg ,There are some additional trips like Zero point ,Fish Point, , Zojila Pass and Baltal via local cab and Thajwa Glacier via horse riding . Evening back to Srinagar. Dinner and overnight in Srinagar Hotel.
Srinagar-GULMARG
Gulmarg is the land of Meadows and has the best Ski-slopes in the world. The main attraction of Gulmarg is Gondola Cable car ride which you can also enjoy . Don’t miss the opportunity to take a pony ride in scenic meadows or the Gondola ride (world’s highest rope way) to Khillanmarg and Affarwat at your own cost(optional – can be arranged on request). Whether traversing the grounds to see the animals, calm mountains, green pastures, or exploring the conservation efforts, there is no lack of activity to enjoy before you settle in Gulmarg in the evening. GULMARG-srinagar
Gulmarg has one of the best ski slopes in the golf course with 18 holes. If weather permits one can also have the view of Nanga Parbat, the naked mountain that is over 26,000 feets and dominates the entire region, also enjoy cable car (Gondola at own cost) for mountain ride upto Khilangmarg. Evening back to Srinagar and on the way you can visit many carpet shawls and Kashmiri handicraft Factories. Overnight in Srinagar houseboat in Dal Lake
DEPARTURE
After breakfast, transfer to Srinagar Airport to catch the flight.

In Katra for Pithu / Palki / Pony services Municipal Comittee Katra has fixed the rates and they are displayed on the rate card outside their booking office at Banganga. If someone is over charging above the listed rates its upto you how hard you can bargain.
In Srinagar if you are staying at the Houseboat :- Shikara Ride are complimentary, do not pay for the same.
It is not mandatory for guest to take ponies in Gulmarg & Pahalgam to visit all the important tourist spots, all the major tourist attraction point are in close proximity so you can walk it down. However if still you wish to take pony ride / sledging / rafting etc the rates the highly negotiable.
Please bargain to your max.
Sightseeing to Aru Valley / Beetab Valley / Chandanwari at Pahalgam will be by local taxi union only. Due to union outside vehicles cannot enter these places.
In any case of cancellation of booking, it must inform in advance to BVL by writing
Cancellation will be effective only on the date and time of receipt of cancellation letter.
The following cancellation charges shall apply as per the period of cancellation terms.
Once the booking is done and advance paid, minimum 10% of the package cost to be deducted
If postponed or preponed of the service date made on or before 30 days, only 5% of the package cost to be deducted and cost for the desired date of the service to be calculated on the basis of Hotel Cost and Transportation Cost of that particular time period
30 days before of service starts, 20% of the total package cost will be deducted
From 29 days up to 15 days before of service 40 % of total cost will be deducted
From 14 days up to 10 days before of service 50 % of total cost will be deducted
From 09 days up to 06 days before of service 60 % of total cost will be deducted
From 05 days up to 48hrs before of service 90 % of total cost will be deducted
Between 48 hours to the day of service starts 100 % of total cost will be deducted
In case of NO SHOW, 100% of the total coast will be deducted
